Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service delivery may attract no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• If the service was not delivered as promised.
• If there was a payment error or double charge.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
